Our approach is informed by and guided by peers in organizational psychology, organizational development, DEI best practices, and social justice responsibility. Proceeds for DEI work are donated to local, non-profit community groups and scholarships serving underrepresented populations. As part of our commitment to social justice we do not profit from the work of interrupting systems of oppression.
